Tattoo Removal? What is the best way?

I know most people will say laser, but unfortunately I cant afford it. I want my tat removed so that i can have another in its place, as its too big for a cover up. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks everyone, but as i say, laser isnt really an option for me at the moment as the surface area is quite large and would cost a fortune. Any creams work? At all? I have heard about method where they tattoo you with a special solution that draws the ink out, anyone know about it?

Urmm can i point out how a tattoo is madethey place ink under the skin.now thoughts on removing itcut skin of - grafed new skin on from else wereor grow new skindon't think thats a optionurrmm im not sure where you live butif its in the uk the NHS might remove it for freenot sure though could be worth looking intoi dont think there are many ways other then laser to remove a tattoo plus it can leave a scar All the best

you should try calling a tattoo shop and see if they have any other solutions or options but more than likely your stuck with it until you can afford laser removal and the stink about that is that it usually requires multiple sessions to see full effects.

You could go to a tattoo place and they might remove it.. they basically do the opposite of giving you a tattoo.. they add colors that match your skin color. then you have to keep the area covered up with petroleum jelly.. it pulls the ink out... you might have to go in for more than one sitting..

You are out of luck unfortunately, for removal. However, a good artist could probably cover that up although there would be a limited number of designs that would work. I looked at the pic, it is actually a nice looking tat. Consider just getting it touched up, and getting the new tattoo somewhere else?
